Managing Messages

Manage messages with the Messages form, which displays messages sent through the system. For example:

Read a message

Click Date Received, From, or Subject. The Message Review form displays. A check mark displays in the Read column for each message read.

Messages display on this panel as follows:

Unread messages display in bold text at the top of the list
Messages display in chronological date order, with the newest messages displaying first.

Note: Pagination controls display for clients who have more than 26 messages.

Change an item in the panel

Click Refresh to update the display.

Delete a message

For a single message, click the message's box in the Select All column, then click Delete Selected Messages. Click Yes in the confirmation dialog that displays.
For multiple messages, click the box in the Select All column for every message you want to delete, then click Delete Selected Messages. Click Yes in the confirmation dialog that displays.
All messages at once: Click the box to the right of Select All, then click Delete Selected Messages. Click Yes in the confirmation dialog that displays.
